What to expect: Each class comprises different practices for you to try and learn, and includes a soothing relaxation. No previous experience is necessary.
What to bring: Please bring a cushion or a blanket for comfort. Seats are available, as well as yoga blocks to sit on, or space to lie down for relaxation
