  • What to bring? Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Yoga blocks and belts are provided. A blanket is recommend for relaxation
  • Classes can be block booked at a discount price. Drop-In (PAYG) may be available (depending on space availability)
  • Terms & Conditions apply: All classes must be booked with Pamela Deal Yoga. Block booking classes must be taken consecutively.
  • Any Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. illness) will be refunded to you or can be brought forward to the next available session (must be taken with 1 month) *Excludes outdoor yoga, yoga events and retreat days
