A private yoga session offers a chance to practice Yoga with expert guidance and a ‘hands on’ focus on your practice. Each lesson is designed around you – and works with your body and what you would like improve or just work on (balance anyone?)
Whether you are new to Yoga or want to improve your practice, enjoy an insight into the postures, with breathwork and relaxation techniques that work for you
