Join us for: Menopause-informed yoga to support your changing body. Space to slow down, breathe, and restore your energy. Practical guidance to ease symptoms such as overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, and brain fog. Honest, supportive conversations — no fixing, no pushing, no judgement. Tools you can take away to support yourself beyond the day.
Throughout the day, you’ll explore what’s happening physiologically during this stage of life and learn simple, effective tools to manage uncomfortable symptoms. You’ll discover ways to ease tension, improve sleep, regulate mood, and reconnect with your sense of self.
The coaching sessions offer clear, compassionate guidance, while the yoga practices help you release stress, soften tightness, and build resilience from the inside out. Expect a mix of gentle movement yoga movement, breathwork and relaxation.
This day will give you space to pause, reset, and gather practical strategies you can use every day. You’ll leave feeling grounded, informed, and empowered, with a renewed sense of clarity and confidence as you move through this transition.
