Yoga translates from Sanskrit as “integration” – referring to the uniting of two forces – the body and mind:. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika defines it as “a state of union between two opposites” – meaning our inner and outer awareness.

Practising Yoga at any time supports your physical and mental health: it is perfect for a restless body and a stressed mind. It’s proven to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you to learn relax properly and deeply. Clients often comment that they sleep really well after an evening class, or feel awake and rejuvenated after a morning session.
